Our Black Angus cattle are raised on lush grass and plenty of
sunshine to bring you the tender flavors of rolling green hills in
the bountiful Willamette Valley. Our cattle are free-range on
pasture their entire life where they will never see a feedlot
situation. Best of all, we feed a 100% vegetarian diet and they are
never given any anti-biotics or synthetic hormones.Throughout the
growing season, we are constantly rotating them into temporary
paddocks on a weekly basis to ensure they are given the most
nutritious and healthiest grass available. During the winter time,
they have access to our 85 year old historic barn with fresh bedding
provided on a bi-weekly basis. |
