Herbal Tonic Cooler

This simple herbal refresher started as a way to use our Spiced Mint tea beyond a traditional hot cup. It’s bright, refreshing, lightly herbal, and easy to customize depending on what you have on hand.

To make this Herbal Tonic Cooler, brew your tea strong, sweeten while hot, and chill it completely before serving.

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz chilled Spiced Mint tea
  • 3 oz tonic water
  • Splash of cranberry juice
  • Squeeze of lime
  • Honey or sugar to taste
  • Fresh mint and lime slice for garnish

Serve over ice.

You can also customize this recipe with adding a splash of:

Pineapple juice
Apple cider
Peach nectar
Cranberry juice
Ginger beer
Lemonade
Fresh berries
Cucumber
Grapefruit

One of our favorite things about herbal teas is how versatile they are. A blend can become a warm evening tea, an iced refresher, or even a mocktail-style drink for gatherings and summer evenings on the porch.
