Our tender, flavorful rabbit comes from our carefully selected Champagne d’Argent genetics, raised on a nutrient-rich diet and finished on hay with locally produced Rowe pellets. 

Our pasture-raised Rainbow Ranger chickens — a slow-growing, pasture-raised breed known for rich flavor and excellent texture. 

All of our animals are humanely cared for every day, resulting in meat that’s as exceptional in flavor as it is in quality.
